My mission is to smash the expectation that, and justifiably so in many cases, real estate agents bring little value to clients in comparison to the fees and commissions charged in the purchase or sale of a home. Minimum services deliver and deserve minimum results. Homeowners are absolutely right to come away from transactions with the feeling “I could have done that” more often than not. Sadly, many agents have not embraced skill-building opportunities or the technology available to them to actually offset and supersede their cost to their clients. I’ve committed to being better and refined my process to market properties for maximum exposure, negotiate prices and terms more effectively, and communicate clearly and frequently. The data, tools, and techniques I employ in my profession allow home buyers and sellers the relief that they are getting what they pay for without risking going it alone for fear of overpaying with a little added benefit. Representing a family with hundreds of thousands, or millions, of dollars at stake comes with tremendous responsibility, confidentiality, and fiduciary duty. This is not a hobby. I am not “part-time”. Too many agents in this industry cannot say the same.
