Phil was great- from the first call to the closing. He took our feedback at each step, found relevant properties, and helped us find the right home. He was always available when we needed him and got showings lined up quickly. He knows the area well, and gives good advice about homes, neighborhoods, etc. He is super patient and gives you space to make decisions but also guidance on how to handle negotiations.
